Another one of Savannah's many faces.
Okay so here it is the funny saying of the day from Savannah Banana.
Tonight we were driving in the car listening to our favorite Disney songs and it just so happened that "I can show the world" was playing. Savannah was trying to sing along to the lyrics - which I though was cute and good practice as she is now a self-proclaimed singer. Out of nowhere she says "Jasmin isn't beautiful." "What?" I said. "Why isn't Jasmin beautiful?" Now I'm thinking, where does she get his stuff? Than she says, "Just because she has those long sleeves and that funny face." I was laughing so hard. I am still laughing. What in the world is that about, and apparently we need to get out more and expose her to more ethnicities. Apparently Phoenix isn't good enough.
Here's another great classic. I volunteered tonight to babysit for another wards RS birthday party. Luckily there were two other Sisters there. One of them is expecting and very sweet... So first thing we come in and Savannah heads right for the play kitchen. She grabs a little mug and brings it over to me and says. "Here's your coffee mom." What the? I can only imagine what this girl was thinking. So I had to explain that her preschool teacher in Midway would drink coffee every morning so basically everyone drink coffee in the morning.
I meant to publish this a couple days ago but never quite finished. (Brock has been out of town so things get a little crazy. But before I end I have to add one more Savannah saying along with a CONGRATS to my brother TOM and new fiance ABBY. All I can say is FINALLY.
After I got of the phone with Tom tonight I said to Savannah. "Uncle Tom's getting married." S- "Who is he marrying?" M- "Abby!" S- "Well than who is Becky going to marry?" HMM... Don't worry Becky all in good time.
