Conference, colds, and lovely in-laws!

I always look forward to hearing the fabulous talks during General Conference and I'm always amazed that I always hear exactly what I need. This year for Conference we spent the weekend in Midway at my parents home with my sisters and brother (except for Becky who was tearin' it up in California playing Rugby) and their families. It was a lot of craziness which makes for a lot of fun except for the fact that Brock was getting over a cold and Lucy and I were headed that way. So I spent a lot of Sat. and Sunday just resting and trying to stay awake. Lets just say Lucy doesn't sleep much when she is sick so therefore neither do I. I feel like I am finally getting over this sickness and hope that tonight everyone decides to sleep. Brock left on Sunday for Mesa - not very good timing - because ever since he left I have been mostly in bed trying to keep my two favorite girls happy. Thanks to my sister Ginger Savannah has been taken care of and poor Lucy has been at the mercy of her sick mother. Just happy to be feeling better.
About the in-laws... Brock's Dad had a birthday on Saturday- Yeah! He is such a great father, grandpa, and father in-law. I am so grateful to live so close to him. He is so cute with Savannah and Lucy and always so caring. I honestly can say that without him in our lives we would be in a very different place right now. He is so kind and thoughtful and a great example to me and my family. We love you Cregg!
I also need to say that I have the upmost respect for single moms and any mom that goes without her husband for any period of time. I miss Brock and I can't wait for him to get home
